Dr. D'Cruz MS, DNB, FRCS (Hon) is Director Oncology Apollo Cancer Centres. He is a well-recognised as a global leader, clinician, researcher and teacher in Head and Neck Oncology. He was Director of Tata Memorial Hospital and Chief of Head Neck Services with over 33 years experience in the field of cancer. Dr D'Cruz is currently President, Union for International Cancer Control, Headquartered in Geneva. The UICC is the largest cancer organisation globally committed to the cause of cancer control comprising of 1121 member organisations across 171 countries. Established in 1933, he is the first Indian to hold this position. In recognition of his professional standing in the field, he was awarded the Honorary FRCS from the Royal College of Surgeons London.
Dr. D'Cruz has held leadership positions & is on the board of numerous professional organisations, universities, research organisations and cancer institutions across the country and abroad. He is an avid researcher & his landmark contribution in management of neck nodes in oral cancers awarded the plenary at the American society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) 2015 and subsequently published in the New England journal of Medicine, the first from the Tata Memorial Hospital in this prestigious journal. He worked on research in the use of curcumin and was part of a project to develop and validate molecular cytogenetic studies / Proteomics in oral cancers, results of which were filed for a patent.
Dr. D'Cruz has more than 250 peer-reviewed publications and chapters to his name and is a member of the Editorial Board of many reputed national and international journals.
He has delivered more than 500 invited lectures and nearly a 100 named lectures, key notes and orations both nationally and internationally. He has also been a special invitee to over 100 conferences nationally and internationally to demonstrate head and neck, thyroid surgery. Dr. D'Cruz's special areas on interest are oral \ laryngeal cancers, thyroid, parathyroid, salivary glands and neck diseases. He is also specially trained for head & neck surgery at Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre, New York, Laser Surgery at Vanderbilt University, USA and speech rehabilitation at Indianapolis, Indiana, USA. Thyroid cancer is a area of special interests.
Dr. D'Cruz is a much sought after teacher and was instrumental in initiating the super speciality training course in Head Neck Oncology for the first time in India.
Dr. Tejinder Singh
Dr. Tejinder Singh, MD, DM (Medical Oncology), is a Consultant, Medical Oncology at Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai. He has completed Certification course in Essentials of Palliative Care (Basics) and Clinical placement in Palliative Care Certificate from Indian Association of Palliative Care. He has also attended Good Clinical Practices (GCP) trainings both in India and abroad. He holds more than 10 years of experience in the field of Medical Oncology.
Dr. Tejinder Singh has rich experience in the field of Oncology and has been associated with leading hospitals in the country. His passion for teaching made him the Assistant Professor and Head of Dept of Medical Oncology at one of the leading Medical Colleges in Mumbai.
He has been an active contributor in Medical Education & Research and had been the co-investigator for various Clinical Researches.

Dr. (Prof.) Jyoti Bajpai is Lead - Medical & Precision Oncology (Mumbai & Maharashtra region) at Apollo Cancer Centers. She has completed her MBBS & MD in general medicine from N.S.C.B. Medical College, Jabalpur, India. She went on to pursue DM in Medical Oncology from AllMS, New Delhi along with international observerships in Immuno-Oncology & Melanoma, and Bone & Soft Tissue Sarcoma at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York and Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore respectively.

Dr. Rajesh S. Shinde MS, M.Ch., is a Consultant HPB, GI & Thoracic Oncology at Apollo Cancer Centres, Navi Mumbai. He has rich experience in performing complex colorectal, stomach, liver, pancreas, gall bladder, bile duct and retroperitoneal tumor surgeries.
Dr. Shinde completed his Surgical Oncology training from Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He trained in Robotic surgery at Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, Seoul - considered the mother institute for Robotic surgery in the world with maximum number of available robotic systems in a single institute. He also trained in advanced Pancreatic and HPB Surgery at University of Verona, Italy, an apex centre for pancreatic surgeries in Italy.

He is one of the most experienced Nuclear Medicine Physician in Oncological Imaging. He did DNB, (Nuclear Medicine) from prestigious Narayana Hrudayalaya Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore. He gained experience in PET-CT Imaging at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai which is the premiere tertiary care Hospital for Cancer catering to approximate 60,000 new cancer patients annually. He was actively involved in performing Transarterial Radioembolisation therapy for primary and secondary hepatic malignancies. His main areas of interest are PET-CT & Gamma Camera Imaging, Radionuclide therapy for hepatic malignancies, neuroendocrine tumors, prostate cancers and bone pain palliation therapy.
He was appointed as Consultant & Head, Molecular Imaging at Nueclear Healthcare, Navi Mumbai since 2012. He was instrumental in commissioning of the department which is one of the busiest PET-CT Departments in the country performing approximately 25-30 PET-CT scans daily.

Dr. Punit Jain
Dr. Punit Jain, MD (Gen Medicine), DM (Clinical Haematology) is a Consultant Hematologist, Hemato-Oncologist & Program Co-ordinator Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) at Apollo Cancer Centres, Navi Mumbai. He holds an additional fellowship in the management of leukemias from MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston (US).
His areas of interest lie in managing all types of blood related disorders. These include several bleeding disorders like hemophilias (factor deficiencies), von willebrand disease, thrombophilia's (inherent ability to excessively clot), refractory anemias, thrombocytopenia's, aplastic anemias, myelodysplasias, myeloproliferative disorders like polycythemias, essential thrombocytosis and myelofibrosis.
Dr. Jain has special interest in treating blood malignancies like leukemias, multiple myelomas and lymphomas. Dr. Vipin Khandelwal
Dr. Vipin Khandelwal is a highly acclaimed clinician in the field of Paediatric Haemato-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT). With more than 10 years of experience, he has helped in accomplishment of more than 1000 bone marrow transplants, predominantly in paediatric patients suffering from various haematological disorders.
He worked as a consultant and incharge of Paediatric Haemato-Oncology in department of haematooncology and BMT unit at BLK-MAX Superspeciality hospital for the last 9 years. He was a part of BMT team who has performed maximum number of bone marrow transplants in North India.
Dr. Vipin completed MBBS from Dr. S N Medical College, Rajasthan in 2003, MD (Paed.) from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi in 2008, and DNB Fellowship in Paediatric Haemato- Oncology and BMT from Apollo Cancer Hospital, Chennai in 2013. He was also observer in Tata memorial hospital, Mumbai in department of paediatric oncology.
Dr. Vipin has a keen interest in research and has multiple publications both at National and International level to his credit.
